’66 BSA Chopper

Starting with a stock ’66 BSA Hornet, Dennis built out a chopper that appeared to retain very little from the orginal motorcycle beyond the original motor.  He likely built this sometime between 1969 and 1970 and owned it until the mid-70s.  Truly inspired by Easy Rider.  Dennis went through a few interations of the bike including starting with Z handlebars and a flatter seat with the final design using a deep step seat design and buckhorn bars.  Dennis is pictured with best friend Gerry Gunderson (on his own motorcycle) and sister Sheryl Burgstahler (Larsson) (riding on the back)  Dennis would often get compliments on this bike from biker gangs in the area.
